This song doesn’t take a grand, breathtaking path to gorgeousness. It’s a quiet beauty, comfortable with itself, there for anyone who can slow down enough to listen closely and hear how the meandering melody calmly lets out new bits of beauty. It’s stunning in a way that’s really hard to appreciate passively; unusual in that I love it, but I always feel like I’ve missed something when it’s done. A stunner.
